Sale Terms and Conditions

• Sale Items are not eligible for free shoe trees.
• An order should only be considered agreed upon when you have received a non-automated email from us confirming it.
• At least one free shoe care item will be provided with all footwear purchases. Where stocks allow, this will be appropriate for the footwear you are purchasing. If our stock levels prevent this, we will provide generic/neutral or popular colours - again, whilst stocks last.
• We have a limited number of shoe care kits which we will send to the first few orders for footwear over £200 (inc VAT).  For orders excluding VAT the price threshold will be £166.67. Only one per order.  Once stocks have runout, there will be no replacements.
