| processing | Your order is being processed at Pediwear |
| delay - awaiting manufacturer | We are awaiting information or a delivery from the manufacturer regarding this item |
| awaiting customer | We have attempted to contact you and are awaiting your response |
| awaiting other item | This item is in stock and ready for despatch but we are awaiting arrival of another item in your order |
| manufacturer sending to pediwear | This item is being sent to us from the manufacturer |
| awaiting despatch | Your item will be despatched imminently |
| despatched | Item has been despatched to your delivery address |
| returning | Customer returning |
| payment problem | We have had problems processing your payment for this item |
| card resubmitted | We have received your card details and will be processing your order promptly |
| cancelled | This item or order has been cancelled |
| returned | We have received your returned item |
| returned - due refund | We have received your returned item and owe you a refund |
| returned - sent to manufacturer | You have returned your products to us, and we have sent them to the manufacturer |
| returned - undeliverable | Your order has been returned to us following failed attempt(s) to deliver by our courier |
