Q1: Are your shoes in UK or US sizes?
All shoes on our web site are shown in either UK or EU sizes. A chart to help conversion from other sizing systems is available at http://www.pediwear.co.uk/chart.php .
Q1: I am outside of the EU, will there be any customs charges to pay?
If your order is to be shipped to a destination outside of the EU then dependant on local regulations you may be liable for import duty and/or taxes in the destination country. All such charges must be borne by the customer and are not included in the cost of your order. It is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations regarding receiving the goods in the destination country.
Q1: Can I combine two orders / have the shoe trees inserted into the shoes to have them shipped together to save on shipping charges?
Our carriage costs from our couriers are based on weight, not the size or number of the parcels, and consequently our shipping charges are based on weight also. We regret that we are unable to reduce shipping costs in this way. In the case of orders for multiple pairs of shoes please e-mail us in advance and we will consider whether shipping costs can be reduced on such an order.
Q2: If the shoes don't fit me or I don't like them, what can I do?
Should the shoes not fit you or be otherwise unsuitable, you may return them to us either for a refund or to exchange for another style/size, provided that the shoes have only been tried on indoors on a carpeted surface. You are responsible for the cost of the postage to return the shoes. Our full returns policy is to be found here.
