Q1: Can I combine two orders / have the shoe trees inserted into the shoes to have them shipped together to save on shipping charges?
Our carriage costs from our couriers are based on weight, not the size or number of the parcels, and consequently our shipping charges are based on weight also. We regret that we are unable to reduce shipping costs in this way. In the case of orders for multiple pairs of shoes please e-mail us in advance and we will consider whether shipping costs can be reduced on such an order.
Q2: If the shoes don't fit me or I don't like them, what can I do ?

Should the shoes not fit you or be otherwise unsuitable, you may return them to us either for a refund or to exchange for another style/size, provided that the shoes have only been tried on indoors on a carpeted surface. You are responsible for the cost of the postage to return the shoes. Our full returns policy is to be found here.

Q3: I want to select a particular tie as part of the free offer, but the system charges me for this - how do I do this without being charged ?

Our system cannot currently automatically remove the cost of the selected tie - this is done manually by us, and you will not be charged for this free offer item whatever the checkout process says. Your card is not charged until the time of despatch of your order, so the cost of the tie will never be charged to your card.  You will also receive an e-mail confirming availability of your order a little after the automatic response, which should show the correct pricing.
