Important Customer Notice

Current shipping delay update:

Whilst we are now answering all email/live chat messages and telephone calls within our usual time frame, we do still have a backlog in our shipping department due to the unexpected volume of orders we received during our Winter sale.

We are working very hard to reduce these delays - bringing in extra staff and working through the weekend.  Please be assured we will endeavour to keep all delays to a minimum.

Please note that these delays mean that your orders will take longer to despatch so you will not receive a despatch email with tracking information as quickly as usual. The delivery schedules you receive with your order confirmation do factor in the current delays and we are ensuring that these schedules are adhered to.

We apologise for any resulting inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
